How fine is it ground? I need it appropriate for pour over.

will this work in a kcup?

I know that there are some reusable K-cup filters that one can load with ground coffee. This would work with those.

The pH of our Papua New Guinea Medium Dark Roast is 5.55. Please keep in mind that our coffee beans are untreated, meaning that they achieve this pH level neaturally. Typical low acid coffees are treated using various processes and/or additives, which can effect taste.
