These are perfect. I am the clinical mental health / SUD therapist for a great group of folks who have TBI. I have given one to almost everyone here, patient and staff alike.

The chain/clasp is secure and the pendant of a human brain has a vintage feel to it. Cute and for those looking for a necklace with a brain pendant, this is a great option. Highly recommend.

Overall, the chain and pendant are decent quality. I just wish that the pendant itself was a little larger because it is hard to see the detail. Without very close inspection, most people cannot tell what it is.
