The gum stays firm and doesn’t get too soft right away as it’s in your mouth. The taste isn’t the greatest, but you’re not going to find great taste in any nicotine gum. I also like the low price.

A little pricey. I chew a couple of these a day not for quitting smoking but for the health benefits that Dr. Brian Ardis found out. Nicotine is not addictive, it's the added chemicals in the cigarettes that are addictive. Nicotine is in lot's of vegetables we eat like white potatoes, tomatoes etc.

I bought for a family member, and then tried some myself out of curiosity. I never smoked previously, so chewing this gum was my first experience with nicotine. Beware of the buzz, an uncomfortable dizzy sensation that can take several minutes to pass.

Nice to have a sugar free option. All the gum in retail stores have the candy coating which adds to weight gain while trying to quit smoking. The taste is actually quite good without sugar.
