I'm 5'7, 215lbs, hour glass shape. I bought the recommended medium. I was skeptical but did it and they fit really well. They hold my loose skin (lost 223 pounds) in place and gives me a more slimming look. I will be buying more! They are soft and i can maneuver well with no roll down or ride up. 4 stars because they don't all fit the same. In the same pack some covered my whole butt and some didn't.

Soft, comfortable, stretchy, high waisted underwear. They do not roll on me, but they are cut a bit tight in the thighs. After a full day, especially if I've worked out, they tend to start rubbing/feeling too tight in the thigh (though I do have a bigger butt and thighs than most people with my waist size). I do like the way they feel in the waist and how high they come up. But I have just a small pooch, and I don't feel like these change how flabby it looks. So if you're looking for tummy control, there are probably better options out there. But if you're looking for a stretchy, soft, high rise panty, give these a try!

Surprisingly some of the best underwear I've ever bought. ALL cotton. Thick and stretchy and holding up through multiple washes. I ordered them for my postpartum recovery from a C-section. These are comfy. I went two sizes up from my pre pregnancy size. I was a small 8 and would wear mediums. I ordered these in XL cause I read they shrink (they do) and I recommend you do the same.They're snug a bit. I felt safe going with an xl because I wanted a little room-a little looseness. But apparently I'm bigger than I'm aware lol,so yeah....they hug me well. I just ordered another set and considered a XXL for more room. Even when (if?) this belly goes away (I had big twins btw and gained 50+lbs) these will be my fav undies! You can fold them over. I think these will be great for work too. I wear chef pants and it gets hot on the line. Swamp butt is a real thing y'all!!

I’m in the “denial” phase of postpartum, where I just won’t accept that I’m actually the current size that I am. After the February 2022 birth of my twins, I was wearing my pre-pregnancy clothes by summer. After my January 2025 baby, my pre-pregnancy clothes are collecting dust and probably will be for a while. Bodies are weird! So anyways, I’m normally 5’4” 135lbs, size 4/6, shmedium. Currently however, I’m 5’4”, 170lbs +/-, and the shorts I bought to hopefully fit in this summer are a 15 in juniors.I had to replace my M yoga/biker shorts with XLs for the time being.Onto the product. I bought these in a large because even my previous safe granny panty undies weren’t cutting it. I don’t have a c-section scar to worry about, but that apron be aproning. I love these undies so far even if I really could have opted comfortably for the XL. I’ve never had goal-granny panties, but I think these would fit that bill. Aside from my self deprecating take on my body, I know it is what it is and that being said- I recommend these to anyone, with any body! If I can be comfortable in these, which is rare for clothing items for me these days, then you will be too! I guess I can say they are “true to size” .. begrudgingly 😅.
