I initially bought two bottles and got them fairly quickly through Amazon Prime. The bottles were great and I was excited to use them.I found that they were easy to clean with a bottle brush, don't leak, and the grip around the bottle has been more beneficial than I expected it to be.As far as customer service goes.. Unfortunately, one of them came broken. The glass at the very top of the lid fell off right out of the box. I didn't think much of it, figured I'd just super glue it or something, but I got an email from the seller asking if I was satisfied with the product. I simply mentioned that one came broken and they didn't hesitate on sending me another, free of charge, no questions/photos asked. Fantastic customer service.. that alone was worth the 5 stars.

Exactly what I needed! Not only does this bottle look stylish, but it also has a big enough opening that allows for easy cleaning with a bottle brush that reaches all the way to the bottom of the bottle. This has always been a problem with other glass bottles - no easy way to clean them thoroughly. I now bought two of these bottles - one for water and the other one for my healthy smoothies, which I take to work each day :)

This is my first time writing a review for my purchase on Amazon because I simply feel the need to share my experience. Two stars for the design and that is it! The bottle came in defected with the plastic ring falling off on the cap but I gave it a chance by filling it up with water and when I tilted it upside down, the water would drip out from the bottle nonstop so I assume it is not leak-proof as it's stated in it's product description. If this continues to be the case, I would rather go to Target and buy a Voss Water Glass Bottle for $3 with water. Overall, this is the first time I made a bad purchase on Amazon and hopefully the seller would reply and do something about my concerns.

I was looking for a leak proof glass water bottle I could easily add ice to and this one is perfect. It has a nice grip to hold without slipping and it doesn't leak when turned upside down plus it looks nice.

I absolutely love this bottle and would recommend it to everyone. The product has a very sleek design and is great for adding fruit and essential oils to my water. I had an issue with my first bottle I ordered, nothing major. I reached out to ZAZ Glass through their website and they responded within a few hours to resolve the problem. The customer service far exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for an eco friendly glass bottle, this is the one for you!

This is solid and almost artsy looking. I like the material encircled around the middle for helping keep a grasp on the glass.

This water bottle is amazing. I paid full price for it and it was worth it. It looks so sleek and expensive. The lid has a gun metal type finish and a glass top. It's beautiful, so happy.
