Good pan for small-medium baguettes. Company recommended brushing pan with oil and sprinkle flour on it but the oil burned on the pan is as hard to clean off. Next time I’ll just use flour

This tray is brilliant for making sourdough baguettes. I used it first with a little fat and flour on it but then I realised I only needed a sprinkle of flour and rhe baguettes released perfe tryI live the little dimpled pattern it makes on rhe bottom. Well worth buying
