99% accurate. it is heavy and well built

Bought this for daughter to study for her A&P college exam. It was great. A few of the foramen were not easily identifiable, but for the money she loved to have it home to study. Some of the wording on the flash card was different than her book so make sure to use your text book terminology to study.. Overall a great purchase

Very good plastic skull model. As anyone studying anatomy will tell you, no two skulls are alike so it's impossible to say id this is an exact replica or not, but what I can say is that it has the detail needed for any osteology or medical student's needs. The structures are exaggerated which will make studying the features easier with few flaws (ie, there is no superior nasal concha, the basilar suture has an extension of bone that protrudes into the cavity area that I have never seen before...usually the spheniod and occipital bones are flush) but do not detract from the overall production of the model. All the sutures are marked with orange/red lines and many of the landmarks and features are numbered already. The model also comes with a card with all the numbered features identified. The only thing I don't like is that the skull cap is not kept in place by anything other than pins and holes inline with the bone unlike other models that have a swing latch in addition. Overall an amazing deal for the money.

This is an excellent model. As orher reviewers have said not every single anatomical feature is there. As a nursing student this was perfect for my A&P class. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because some of the bones are mislabeled or not labeled at all. In the photo above, #4 is correctly identified as the temporal bone. #2 is supposed to be the parietal bone and the squamous suture is not numbered on the card at all. Bearing this in mind, with this model, my lab manual and the free Essential Skeleton app I had the 20 bones of the cranium memorized in less than an hour. Definitely worth the money I spent.

JEFFREY! I named my skull Jeffery. No rhyme or reason, it was just the first name that popped into my head so I stuck with it. This model was super helpful when I took Anatomy. I loved that the bones are labeled and included in the box comes with a card showing the names to the corresponding numbers. I opted for the all white model instead of the colored model that color codes the skull regions just to add an extra level of intensity to my study's. I didn't want to remember the regions based on color, but on anatomic positions.

It comes exactly as pictures, easy to open up. All the markings are labeled and it's anatomically correct. You can also draw on it in pencil which easily erases. Definitely worth the price!

I got this skull to help me with my studies. It was very good quality and durable. Everything seemed to be anatomically accurate and it was very helpful

This skull is a great size and the teeth are great. For teaching it has all the details needed. The top that comes off doesn’t line up 100% but it does line up 98% so depending on use case for you. Jaw fits pretty good with spring holding it in place. I’ve bought lots of different skulls for work and this one really is a great value and nice. I’ve ordered lots that are more expensive and not even close.

The product is very good properly numbered for anatomy studies.

This is a really nice quality model skull. It's hefty and what I assume to be life-sized. Some of the skulls around the same price on Amazon are actually just tiny. This one is more realistic.
