I've been using this for 6 months now. My chiropractor recommended it. The Pro seems to stay on the skin longer (3-5 days, including showers) than the cotton elastic KT. I vary the colors because I like the art of it, but they're all the same quality. I watched several youtube demos for this specific joint problem and tried a few different ways to wrap my elbow until I found the one that works for me. I can now go for several days at a time without tape and have seen a dramatic difference in healing a long-standing problem. 3 things to know: the tape adheres best to clean skin — don't put on lotion if you want it to stick well. Also, use the peeled-off paper to rub down the tape to help it adhere better. It sticks well to skin, and not well at all to the tape, so make sure to anchor the ends on skin. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is that it comes pre-perforated on the roll, so when you cut it to the right size, the smaller pieces end up being wasted.

The chiropractor used these on my husband and it helped his knee and back, both cause intermittent pain from past injuries or accidents. So we ordered some, and I ordered the synthetic because based on the chart on product page it lasted longer on the skin. He has found that it makes him itch and gives him a little bit of a rash, nothing major but we are going to try the all cotton ones. They don't last as long, based on the chart, but we are going to try them.

I've used KT brand tape before and was very pleased with the results. However, this particular product is not sticking like the others I've used. It just doesn't seem to be doing what it's supposed to, so I'm very confused. I mean, does this stuff go "bad" after a while? Maybe I got an old product. I'm very disappointed. At first thought it wasn't sticking because my arm had lotion or the residual of Biofreeze, but I cleaned my arm with alcohol and it stuck a little better, but still peeling up from the ends. I haven't showered with it on yet, but I imagine it'll peel right off when I do. The last roll I bought from a grocery store worked very well, so again, I'm confused. The only difference is this roll is orange and the other was black, but both were KT Pro. The brand KT is great and I'd recommend it, but this particular roll was not up to KT standard.
