Is the product genuine? Tastes like coloured flour and not matcha

The product is a superfine powder of dry blue butterfly pea flower. So I assume because of the process and texture, it is called matcha. Otherwise, matcha is a superfine powder of green tea leaves. I found the product good and genuine.

What is the serving size? ( Amount of powder to be used for each cup)
