Great product and outstanding customer service.
The chess set is fantastic. It looks great and beautiful colors. The pieces are fragile I found this out the hard way. The company shipped the pieces in a very sturdy packaging. I was negligent and dropped a couple of pieces. The customer service worked with me and was able to send me replacement pieces very quickly.I was so pleased with the chess pieces and their customer service I also bought their checkers pieces.I would gladly buy from them again. Both the chess and checkers sets are made from a high quality marble. They would make a great gift for anyone.

Great item, worth the price.
Very well packaged for transport, took longer to take protective packaging than expected but they would be safe from people throwing package around. Item exactly as described and are a great replacement for my damaged pieces.

What a great product. I love the craftsmanship with each chess piece. Unfortunately one came broken but customer service was excellent and it was replaced quickly.Can’t say enough about this product, company and their service. Great attention to detail !
