Well Written & Organized
Author creates excitement about the Art of Crepe making in a very simplistic manner. You do not need to be a Chef to master the art. Only the right tools. Recipes are savory and sweet.

Disappointing- recipes very similar
Had great hopes for the book, with 101 recipes, expecting to see many different types of fillings. Actually so many were sweet. Not many savory unless you count the six types of ham and cheese, pulled pork, fajitas and veggie pizza. Certainly nothing typically French.

Cookbooks with NO pictures stink….
It’s a fine book about crepes, but a “food” book with NO pictures? Isn’t that what food is all about? You need pictures to keep interest. This book looks like a boring history book from high school. Sill going to keep it and it has good info. BUT……In the next update ADD PICTURES…. I would even re buy it.
