Has anyone fit this to a 2012 or higher Suzuki DL650?

Works perfectly on my 2013 DL650. This one has the variable cam that slows throttle response for the initial increase and then picks it up after the throttle is partly open. Silky smooth and excellent engine control on my bike.

Will it fit a 2004 sv1000s?

I think it will work on your SV Suzuki that worked on my Suzuki Vstrom. You can email G2 and make sure it fits for sure maybe even call cycle gear or somewhere else to find out I know it made a nice difference on my Vstrom because when you go slow just touring The throttle was jerky stock certainly made it a lot nicer with the G2

Is this the right and left set

Throttle only so right side only. You still have to put a grip over this.
