Q: How long is the power cord?

its standard length. Your outlet should be install or be present behind where ever you plan to mount mirror at.

Q: Do you know the ranges of the light color temperatures? does it get to 5000 or 6000?

I don't know but it was a very dark mirror we ended up returning it.

Q: Can you hardwire this to a light switch and will it retain the last setting when i turn it on from the switch?

Yes you can hardwire it. It generally does keep settings but I have had to reset it from the app a couple of times.
