I have a spinal cord injury accompanied with what is called neuropathic pain. The bottom of my feet are sensitive to sensations to the point where the texture of the socks often times hurt and I can no longer wear most tennis shoes because of lower back pain. I have bought more than a few different insoles over the years, hoping that they would in some degree minimize some of the pain. They all, in a short amount of time, ended up deposited in a small plastic bag in the closet. So I bought the Ergo21 Liquicell insoles largely because they were thin and could be placed in the shoes over the existing insoles, with the hope they might just make life more bearable. I have been using the insoles for more than a week and these insoles won't be going into the plastic bag in the closet anytime soon. The insoles have reduced my lower back pain to a large degree and muted a good deal of the unpleasant sensation due to the neuropathic pain. Great product that I plan to use the rest of my life. Luke

Better, not great.
I bought these for cycling. I have a problem with hotspots and painful feet. While these insoles are in an improvement, it could be better. My search for a solution continues.
