Wigwam Classics Men's King Tube Knee High Classic Sport Sock

I purchased these socks for my 80 year old father. When I was 5 years old, we took a photo together in Sleeping Beauty’s Castle in Disneyland.... I came up with the idea, 28 years later, to try and recreate the photo! Way back then, he was wearing a classic Mickey sweater (which I found here on amazon to recreate), and red shorts with long tube socks! I found both on amazon and we headed to Disneyland to recreate the photo! I got the pic! But unfortunately, his sweater, socks and his photo mug and hard copy photo all burned up (along with their entire home and belongings in the Camp Fire nov 8 in Paradise California). We DO have digital copies of the photos so I can remake the mug. I just wanted to say, what a great memory it created for our family, even if it did not make it thru the fire! I will insert photos of the one taken when I was 5, and last year at 32!! :)

::Said in Bob Uecker's voice::Sorry! I'm a big Major League fan. Any way... the socks are just a bit shorter than I wanted them. I wear a Men's 12, I'm 5'9" and the top of the sock about two full inches from the bend of my knee. Just a scosche off from what I needed.I ended up having to go to a local Soccer supply store to see exactly how long a pair of socks were. I ended up buying the  adidas Copa Zone Cushion Sock Even with the top fold, this sock hits right in the bend. It was more expensive (though still 2 bucks less than what it is on Amazon), it's not mostly cotton like the Wigwam (actually NO cotton at all), and it has the Adidas logo very visible on the shin (big negative).The big plus about the Wigwam's is the high cotton content. If only it were a little longer. "A swing and a miss"

I bought these socks to wear while mowing the lawn to protect my calves from possible ticks. The socks are nice and thick but not overly warm, so they are perfect for my purposes. Also of note, I have somewhat thick calves so I was worried that these might not fit. My calf circumference is 15.25 inches and these socks fit snugly but not uncomfortably snug. They seem well made and I am very pleased over all.

I just Fractured my left Fibula and and wearing one of those black heavy "cast boots". I am 6' 2" and wear a size 12 shoe. These tube socks do come higher up than regular tube socks by about 3 inches but fall short by about 4" to knee high on me. As far as my boot they are about 2" short as to the top ridge, I had hoped for. Guess one positive is that since I only wear one at a time, it is like having two changes for the price of one pair. Others may find these fit much better depending on their height. They are a good quality sock, however.

These socks are a little shorter than the 6 Pack Wigwam tube socks and are a little less cushioned. Still a good quality sock though. If I had to choose, I would purchase the 6 Pack tube socks since it’s basically the same sock but better value and cushioned more.

I have used Wigwam products for over 25 years. I really don't have to say anything else... these products are well made, have held their consistent quality control over the years.The socks are always worn with work or military boots. They wick off sweat and are generally very comfortable. One problem I always had with other brands.... I have large calves that tended to wear out the elastic tops of others quickly. Wigwam's take years to finally wear out.

Purchased these as part of a Halloween costume. My husband is a size 14, so they weren't as long as we would have hoped. They worked for what we needed though. If these were going to be an everyday sock, we would not purchase again due to the short sizing.Also, these are definitely old school in terms of quality and styling.

Ok quality, but definitely not true to size. Says they fit up to men's 15, but there is no way. I wear a 13 and these only reach mid calf

just to tight around calf.
