On the initial fill, there was a small leak that was easily resolved by loosening the top cap and allowing pressure to escape. When emptied, nozzle was manually tightened and no issues the second fill. Sturdy material is important when transporting container so this product was perfect.

Replacement for the one I had before. Love cold water. 😏

This is a nice sturdy water dispenser. I thought it was a little pricey for what it is, it was the size I was looking for & it seems like decent quality at least. I wish the front nozzle was easier to twist to the side, i keep it permanently cocked because otherwise the spout opening touches the bottom of the kitchen sink when I fill it. It fits nice and compact in the fridge. Learned quickly that you need to twist open the top in order for it to work! No leak problems, seems pretty rugged.

Three of three 2 gallon bottles leak on the valve. Do they have any quality control? Tightening the valves does not help as the valve seat has a gap. The lid also leaks, so the bottle cannot be stored upright. Water would not flow when the lid is not fully opened. When I open the lid, the gasket gets sucked onto the bottle and must be removed separately. One of the bottles cracked when it was full and fell from three inches to a hard surface. Despite its appealing appearance, this bottle is marred by significant flaws, making it unquestionably not worth the investment. Update: Third bottle started leaking from the valve seat. When I removed the valves, I recognized that the valve seats have deep gaps from a bad mold. Two seats could be sanded down to get a good enough surface to seal properly. One seat has deep air enclosures and cannot be repaired (see photo). I glued the lid seals to the lids so that they would not get sucked away from the lid onto the bottle when opening under light vacuum. The seats for the lids also have gaps from a bad mold and sanding down the surface stopped the leakage from there. The lid seals are from very cheap foam material and show signs of wear after a few days of use. In essence, this 2 gallon bottle is an inferior and heavily overpriced product from a company that lacks quality control.

Sturdy, until it’s put in the dishwasher. Mine warped. I thought it would still hold water. It leaked all over and damaged some of my cabinetry. Disappointed that it didn’t last a year for the price.

I've been using these as tanks for my refrigerated water for my desktop pump ion my office. They fit nicely on the top shelf, and are tough enough to withstand a little squeeze to get them in and out. The lids seal fairly well, and the spigot is sealed perfectly. It was easy to hook them up to my tubing for the water dispenser, and have been working well for two weeks so far.

I love this! I've been using it for several months now and it's great. I refill it about every 3 or 4 days depending on how much of other things I drink. It hasn't leaked, is easy to refill with a wide opening on top. If you have a large, deep sink, you can put it in to fill from the faucet, but I just use a half gallon pitcher to fill using the water filter on my faucet. I have it on the top shelf of the fridge against the wall and it fits perfectly. You do need to remember to loosen the top cap after putting it in the fridge otherwise the water will never come out of the tap!

We like this bottle very much. It fits nicely in the fridge. I gave it four star because when cleaning the bottle it's difficult to drain or pour all the water out. But otherwise very nice.

J’ai acheté ce contenant pour mettre dans ma Van pour un Road trip de 6 mois. Quelle fut ma surprise , lorsque j’ai voulu l’utiliser il a fourni un peu d’eau et c’est arrêté… Le robinet ne fonctionne pas du tout. Pour le prix c’est de l’arnaque très mauvaise qualité 🥹
