Solid primary and backup sump pump
Installed this pump two years ago and it works great. Shortly after installation lighting took out the control board and customer service instantly sent us a new board. The battery charger in this system is regulated so as not to over charge the battery unlike other 12-volt sump pump backups which is a real advantage because overcharging destroys the battery.

product must was returned by someone else and they damaged it
well I didn't have a chance to install it because it was damaged, I would like a replacement one.
