I love this, very thick and fitted, but XL for knee but it was a bit small, fits pretty much anywhere else, so I got an XXL to avoid struggling to pull up the tighter sleeve, great choice. Stays cold about 20 minutes, then refreeze and use again for a 2-3 hour cycle; would highly recommend if you need and all around icing.

My dad has a busted hip and this is helping his pain tremendously. While quite expensive, the 3XL provided by FREEZE-SLEEVE was the only size available that would fit the end of his stump (he’s an above knee amputee)! Definitely recommend for any larger limbs! Don’t pay this much if you can fit into a smaller size, though. It’s performance is very similar to other brands of the same gel-like material…just ensure you’re getting the freeze gel stuff! You won’t be disappointed.

fits nice n tight, looks like an item from a bondage company( ladies, you could use two of these for your knees perhaps ? ) but very smartly made with quality materials and the filling inside is soft and does not rub your skin off

Hubby is super active, has been since little kid days. Now it’s caught up to him so he’s always icing something. These are perfect and so comfortable. Easy to put on. He started with one but ended up getting a second!! He’s stoked that he found them!!

I am so grateful to the friend who told me about Freeze Sleeve as I had no idea such a product existed. I bought it because I've had a torn meniscus in my right knee for 27 years. It's a small tear that doesn't need to be surgically repaired but I have begun feeling my knee more and more. It has now turned into OA. My left knee has always been fine ... in fact, a few years ago one orthopedist called it the "knee of a 21-yr. old" ... (I'm 63 now). A few months ago, the so-called 21-yr. old knee began feeling like the other one - not painful but always stiff. I decided to order another knee sleeve. Amazon said it was currently unavailable so I ordered directly from the company. When I received it, it looked downright miniscule! It was a size small which is what I mistakenly thought my other one was but actually my original one was a size medium. Not only do I love this product but the customer service is excellent. Although it was actually my mistake ordering the wrong size, the company immediately offered to send a replacement to me. The person I spoke to said the latest batch were running very small so he suggested ordering a large. I did order the large and it seems comparable to my medium. I had to send the incorrect one back but they did not even wait for me to do that - they just sent the replacement right away. I also have the one for the back. Although I don't have a chronic back condition, I tend to tweak my back so I think I've only used it once. All in all, these products really provide relief and I highly recommend them.
