Having procrastinated for ages before buying a Bluegrass song book, I decided to get this on based on other reviews and the write up. And I am glad I did. The choice of songs is good, most people will know them or recognize them in a session and the lyrics, are clear and easy to read when playing.I would recommend this book to anyone wanting a good rounded songbook to take to sessions or just to learn some standards.

Very good selection of songs for jam sessions. Lyrics easy to read, chords shown - a very good book. Melodies written in notation only - no tab - but that means it's not specific to any instrument.

Very good book.The songs can be played by any one at any level of playing.Brilliant for mass playing for good sing-alongs in folk groups.pleased with my purchase indeed.
