Wellmate WM-23 / WM0300QC Captive Air and Retention Fiberglass Tank, Quick Connect (79.6 gal / 301 ltr.)

The tank arrived in good condition, although it had to be shipped by freight carrier and I had to arrange to pick it up at a local stop. Otherwise, since I was replacing an existing Wellmate tank with this new Wellmate tank the fittings, height, and location all matched. The job was done in 20 minutes. The quick coupling at the tank saved a lot of time. I did have to add air to the factory charge because my pump runs 40 - 60lbs (instead of 30-50lbs) but that was also easy.

Good tank at a decent price. The tank fits a niche for those with limited space and access. I like the option of a replacable bladder and a rustproof fiberglass tank. I think if you value a long term investment these tanks make more sense then the cheap imported tanks from places like Tractor supply, etc.I was less then impressed with the freight service. But at the end of the day it showed up a few days late with no damage, so it worked out.

I bought this because of the warranty, and fiberglass does not corrode like steel. The downside? They use a proprietary connector that they are too cheap to supply with the pressure tank. Attention seller/manufacturer: charge me another lousy ten bucks and include it with the tank so I don't have to track it down and make a separate purchase!

Very light weight, easy to move and handle for installation. Been working very well (haha) for 3 weeks now.

these are HUGE and light. They make my solar batteries last a long time now with water usage

would have been nice to know need special connector
