I absolutely love this band. The Velcro is quite comfortable. Performance is perfect, the stretchiness is comfortable without being over tight. It causes me to sweat a LOT which is exactly what I wanted. Easy to clean as well. And easy to put on. It covers my whole torso.

I've only used it once, but I am very happy with my purchase. It's not uncomfortable! It fits well. I went with an XL because I'm bigger currently, but it worked! I use it with the weighted hula hoop that I purchased, and I plan on wearing it while I do more exercises! If you're on the fence, I'd say grab one! Price was good!

I have only used the product for 48 hours, but it is the easiest waist trainer I have tried out of 5, as it allows for the most flexibility with different bust, waist and hip measurements. It's true to size, quality material, comfortable (materials don't bother my sensitive skin), and works well with hot cream.

I love this product. It's great for working out. Definitely notice the amount of sweat in my stomach area when I wear it! Definitely something I recommend if you're trying to lose belly fat and you're working out consistently this is a great product! Been having for about 6 months, it works great and doesn't trap smell. But the sticks from the corset come out and poke me mid work out, which gets really annoying. I am constantly having to fix them, if this wasn't an issue it'd be perfect

So I've bought lots of these from different places and they weren't the best did cover much of the belly where you would need 2 wraps. But this one is great, has great coverage for maximum results I only needed one to do the job. Has back support as well. Worth the money spent.

This trainer is comfortable and is good quality. It’s washable and helps me sweat around my midsection during workouts.

So it does make you sweat and it can go as tight as you want. I just don't like the 2 straps I would rather it be one full stap but hey it works
