Soft, tasty, portable small packs…better than most grocery store apricots.

Taste healthy and yummy! One problem is that it’s very hard to stop eating it.

I still give these 5 stars for taste and also the amount you get in the bag. But after opening the bag and eating some of them I did notice that a lot of them are not as soft and tasty as the others. I’m not sure if that’s due to the size of the bag and the quantity you get as opposed to what I used to find locally which was a box with 5 individual bags that’s had about 7-8 pieces in each bag? So I’m not sure if I should purchase these again or go back to the individual bags because every single one in those bags was extremely soft and juicy.

The apricots are very good.Some of the descriptions of what goes into each option are either slightly or grossly inaccurate, and so is the resulting price per oz or per pound.The 2.2 lb option is actually only 2 lbs.The descriptions of the 52.8 oz and 26.4 oz options are reversed - so who knows whether you are getting what you selected. Presuming the 26.4 oz option is truly just 26.4 oz, it is $20 per pound - not $10/pound.

I made a mistake. Some are mushy and unpleasantly extra moist. My dogs love dry apricots. Not these. If you like traditional, these are not for you.The more common orangey ones are slightly harder and chewier, overall more satisfying. Sorry for not recommending. Beware.

Other brands' apricots are a mixed bag - literally - in terms of softness with some pieces perfectly chewy and others leather-tough. These Sunny Fruits ones, thus far, are all wonderfully soft with some bordering on mushy and overripe. They absolutely are great in that regard.The ingredients on the bag list apricots and water, the latter not something I usually see in the ingredients of dried fruit. Given the mushy-ness of some pieces I wonder if Sunny Fruits achieves their texture by soaking the fruit in water, which might explain the mushy ones.However as compared to others brands the flavor of these apricots is weak. They are by no means bland in an objective sense but in comparison to other brands they certainly are. You don't get that wonderfully honeyed sweetness you've come to love from organic dried apricots.Overall I won't buy this brand again. I don't mind risking some harder or less-moist pieces of fruit in exchange for better flavor.

These apricots are outstandingly good. Sadly it is difficult to get the right product delivered. The unsulphurated versions are way better than the yellow sulphurated versions. I ordered the organic brown ones and got the yellow ones. It was just a mistake in the picking chain but annoying just the same. If you can get the organic brown versions you will struggle to find anything better.
