A little goes a ways and it is reusable. I have used this putty to fix cracked plastic on a blind string, to fix watercolor pans into a pallet so I’m still able to move them around when needed, to help hold down paper references, to help hold paintings flat in my light box to take photos without damaging the painting, to fix an inexpensive paintbrush that came off the handle etc. I bought for the watercolor pans but this is now my third purchase (not because I ran out but because I lost it in a move). I have not had this putty damage anything or have an issue with removal or staining. Highly recommend!

Perfect for sticking posters up on brick/cement walls that won't take a tack. Also handy for mounting small objects prone to falling over on a shelf. Doesn't dry out, so you can use it again and again. It seems a bit expensive for what it is, so I'm docking a star.

This is the best putty I’ve used so far for displaying my crystal and mineral specimens. It has great holding power, yet does not leave residue behind when you remove it.

Great stuff and it doesn't dry out. I have used this in the past to keep pictures hanging on the wall from moving and becoming crooked. I bought this package so I could place tile on my backsplash to see how it would look installed to help me make my tile selection. I got the idea in a forum and it worked out great. I also used it to help me visualize how the cabinet pulls I was looking at looked on my cabinet doors and drawers. It's strong enough to hold subway tiles and cabinet hardware temporarily. When I took down my tile and my cabinet pulls, it came off cleanly from the surface and the tiles/hardware and it can be reused.

I am both a geologist and a maximalist so my home is full of rocks that are just strewn about. However, our cat likes to slide things around on our surfaces in the early hours of the morning and the resulting sound drives us crazy- even worse is when he goes so far as to knock things off. Once in his own hubris, he fell off the dresser along with a rock which then fell on him, but somehow this did not deter him from his mission to meddle with things that are not his. I bought this stuff and put it on EVERYTHING and now absolutely NOTHING moves. It sticks surprisingly well to different kinds of stone, even ones that aren’t entirely flat. I got curious one day and even used it to stick rocks on my wall because I ran out of surface space. It also works on things that aren’t rocks, like plants or minerals. When I do want to move or remove items, the putty comes off easily and doesn’t leave behind ANY mark or residue whatsoever. It’s even reusable, except if it gets full of sediment or dust, then it loses its stick. The amount in the package goes a REALLY long way and when I use this up, I will absolutely be buying more. The cat is not pleased, but we definitely are.
