更年期で入眠障害、睡眠障害、途中覚醒等ありました。D@Cの同様のサプリは1ヶ月飲んでも効果ありませんでしたが、本品に変えた所、1週間経たない内に効果が現れました。50代後半ですが、夜間数回トイレに起きていたのも今は１回だけです。もう無しでは過ごせません。

ロイヤルゼリーはローマ教皇ピオ１２世の命を救ったとしてその頃から世界で健康食品としての脚光を浴びだしましたが、日本ではやや高価でデイリーなサプリメントとしてはなかなか取り入れにくいです。品質的にはまた生のものが良いようですがこちらは安価でドライのカプセルなので何しろ摂りやすいです。無味無臭です。 オーバーワークの時、疲れが取れない時に、吸収の良い空腹時を狙って摂取しています。気のせいかもしれませんが効いているような。これくらいの価格なら続けられそうです。
