I’m in a damp climate ,Oceanside and I think the timers with a lot of sand get damp and can stop flowing.

Got this set for my 6 and 9 year old grandkids. They love them and use them for timing lessons, screen time, etc . They use them everyday

I like the produce.But one of my 3 min hour glass was broke.

I should have read the reviews. I decided I wanted simplicity for meditation rather than using a phone app. But be forewarned, the two times I like to use don't completely empty. I won't return it because absolute precision isn't necessary in my situation. Somewhat annoying, but all the other brands look the same.

Bought it to show my 2 year old daughter a visual idea of time when she is doing time based tasks. Works well enough. Good quality and fairly accurate as these things go Thought it was pricy though

Good for classroom use

Unserem 3-jährigen haben die Sanduhren geholfen ein besseres Verständnis für Zeit zu bekommen. Auch das "geweine" wurde weniger, seit wir sie zuverlässig im Alltag einsetzen.Wenn ich z.B. sage, dass ich noch 10 min etwas fertig machen muss und im Anschluss mit ihm spiele saust er los, holt die richtige Uhr aus der Küchenschublade und wartet die Zeit ab während er z.B. spielt. Es kommen keine gefühlt "1000" Nachfragen mehr a la "wann bist du endlich fertig" und so kann ich in Ruhe meine Arbeit machen. Er hat die Zeit einfach selbst im Blick.Die Uhren sind präzise mit nur minimaler Abweichung von der angegebenen Zeit. Sie sind schön groß und dadurch gut zum greifen für Kinderhände. Stabilität ist auch gegeben, sie sind im Eifer des Gefechts schon mehrmals auf den Boden gefallen und haben überlebt. Farben gefallen gut.

Finde das Set sehr gut, nutze sie zum lernen mit meinen Kindern. zb 10 Minuten rechnen üben am Tag. Die Sanduhren sehen gut aus und sind robust
