Safe for cooking, NEUTRAL taste...
I got this as a healthier alternative to rapeseed oil and a safer option for cooking with than olive oil which has a lower smoke point (and a stronger taste). I quite like it; it doesn’t taste like avocados and feels like a good neutral oil for cooking.Probably not cold-pressed (doesn't say on the label) and feels a bit pricey - but still cheaper than branded versions; I only use tiny amounts anyway so it fits my budget. I’ll be buying it again!

Best cooking oil
As we cannot cook any olive oil, I started using avocado oil, as good as olive oil but can be exposed to high temperature and still be healthy.Still use my extra virgin olive oil for all dressings and sauces but avocado oil is now the only fat I add to my cooking.Obviously, it goes great with my avocado mix for my avocado toasts, and is also always the first thing I put on my toasts straight out of the toaster

Good olive oil but got sent one five months past expiry date!
It's normally a good oil, however our Morrisons order this week included a bottle that expired five months ago! So it's always good to check the expiry date of items that aren't sold that frequently in case they've been on the shelf a while. Refund process is very easy though.

This product I will buy again. It’s not a strong flavour, and good all rounder, healthy too!

This its the first time when I try avocado oil, doing keto I always try to get the best products, it’s a bit expensive but the breast oil I ever used. Highly recommend.
