Product is working fine but there is no essential oil diffuser as claimed.

Updated review after using for few months: Customer service is a joke, you won’t get any reply so no one warranty services at all. Better to find some other brand who feels customer service is important. Old review:: To start with the features that i like (+): 1) The product is light weight but made of really good quality plastic. 2) The product worked without any leakage. After removing the device from power supply, I usually clean up the residual water in the bottom cup and the few drops left on the top lid areas after every use to keep it clean and dry for the next use. 3) If you are looking for a humidifier to fit for a small bedroom that can work continuously for about 8 hours (70% knob on), this should be a perfect fit. 4) Most of the humidifiers have auto shut-off function today, but having a different color led is a very big plus for me especially if the water runs out during mid of the night. A white led in the device shows a normal operation and a red means the device is out of water. 5) The mist is clear without any odour/smell. 6) Control knob works very well, you can see the difference with the amount of mist coming out. Few of the caveats (-): 1) Registration in Agaro's website doesn't provide a direct option for product or item, you should get this from the shipment box. Also upon registration, no confirmation email on the extension of warranty was received but just an email that says "Thank you for your message". Not really comfortable at this point about how their support will be when there is a need for warranty claim or repair considering the experience received during product registration. 2) Since the product is light weight and easy to be removed with no child lock (not sure if any of the humidifiers have it though as i have tried atleast 4-5 types with none having that feature), kids can remove the parts in no time, so always keep the device under the vicinity of adults. 3) The name of the product says "With essential oil diffuser", but i didn't find any separate provision for it. Also as per the manual they provided - they don't recommend using essential oils in this machine - so that's little weird and i would consider this as a disadvantage for some others though i was not expecting that personally in the device. Finally neither + nor - : 1) For this current price, the water tank is smaller in size (2.5 L) 2) The force of the mist is good but not great (+/-), meaning it doesn't really push hard the mist on the direction where the lid is pointed to, almost always it ends up flowing towards top. 3) Pure water (RO or distilled water) is recommended to be used as per the manual All in all, this is a very good humidifier which is smaller in size, light weight, easy to use and better fit for small sized rooms. Recommended!!

Product purchased on 13 dec 2024 and the warranty was 12 months + 6 months extended warranty but at present it's 12 months completed and company is not providing service in 6 months extended warranty period Required service by the company as product not working and product is under warranty

Got short circuited after a month of use. Product has been replaced 1st time it got short circuited again after 3 months Again I am start using the humidifierit works really well some parts of it is not easy to clean but I use vinegar for the spot of calcium removal. The product has been replaced by agaro two times in last 6 months. Thanks agaro for your services . I think the problem in the design of the product after placing thr filled container for humidifier somehow water sometime get slipped inside the IC chamber. Thats rarely happens. But the performance is okay of the product. I'll be extra carefull next time not to let the water inside.

I’m very satisfied with both the service and the product. My product developed some issues within 3 months of purchase, but when I reached out to the brand, they were extremely cooperative and promptly replaced it with a new working product. A special mention to Ms. Monami Roy from the team, who was very supportive and helpful throughout the process.

It’s an amazing humidifier! The only issues are the LED light being too bright and the water tank design—it would be better with a top-fill option. I lost the lid/cap, but when I contacted customer service, they delivered a replacement quickly. That was really impressive and hassle-free!
