One more kitchen gadget that's a must
Watermelon slicers are all the rage this season, and for good reason. They are easy (once you learn how to use it), convenient, and it saves on mess. When using a watermelon slicer, you only cut the eatable part of the fruit, and the rind can be used as a fruit bowl. What I like best about the cGoods - As Seen on TV - Watermelon Knife & Slicer. Perfect Fruit Cutter, Tongs And Kitchen Gadget For Every American Family - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Buy Now Till Supply Last! is the rubber grip handle. The grip handle really is much better, because after slicing a whole watermelon, the ones without tend to hurt your hand a bit & can really get slippery with the watermelon juice. The slicer came with no instructions. Instructions would really be good, because this gadget takes some time to learn. And guessing can be frustrating. Unfortunately these bend really easily. Mine came bent. I was able to straighten it out, but definitely don't put it at the bottom of a sink full of dishes, or in a drawer where heavy stuff can squish it. These knives are great because you no longer have that horrible puddle of sticky watermelon juice on the counter or cutting board. However, no rind to hold when eating your watermelon. Still, one more kitchen gadget that's a must to have.I received this product for a promotional discount for my honest review, and they are my own opinions.

Not bad for the price.
It works as advertised but is very flimsy.

No more hassle, no more mess, no more waste, I love this little Watermelon Knife.
5/22/2016I had my watermelon waiting here when I knew my Watermelon Knife was on the way. I never had one of these before and I love watermelon and I hate spooning it out especially with my arthritic hands. Last night I decided to try it. I did not find any directions on this item with the package but I figured it out quickly even though I'm not the brightest person in the world. Being that this is a safe instrument to use it sure does do the job so much better than the unsafe knives I used to use. Then when I would try to scoop the watermelon out with a big spoon, the juice used to fly all over the place and it was sticky on the counter, on the floor, and on me. With my new Watermelon Knife there is no mess and there is no pain in my hands. Another thing I like about this little instrument is that it cuts right up to the edge where the pink meets the light part of the melon. No waste at all. Yes, I love it and I would recommend this to my friends. I thank cGoods for allowing me to try this Watermelon Knife with a great discount to give my honest and unbiased Review, otherwise I would never know there was such a nice little instrument to help make my Watermelon a total treat from beginning to end. Thank you.

Did it's job
This slicer did its job on the watermelon. However it wasn't as easy add I thought it would be. It also took a bit to get the hang of it. The watermelon had a lot of flesh left after I was done with the slicer and had to spoon the rest of it out. When I was done I wasn't sure I had saved myself that much time.
