This knife is easy to handle . sharp as a pin and holds an edge extremely well. For the money, it's a deal!

The knife looks great. It's very sharp. I'll let you know how it performs after I cut up a big Rib Eye. The blade is a little on the thin side, but it appears to be a good value for the price. I like that the grip seems to be very durable. The merchant however was a little lax in the packaging. It was shipped in a plastic bag, and when I received it the knife blade was sticking out of the bag.
