Good quality, strong mesh. I bought this to protect a shower drain and it fit my needs perfectly. I use a walk-in shower for bathing my dog (which is much easier than dealing with a bath!) and needed something to catch all the hair. The drain under the drain plate is basically just a big open hole and I worried about dog hair clogging the drain or causing issues with the pipes or plumbing. All of the drain protectors I looked at wouldn't have worked. So I bought this mesh, cut a piece the size of the drain and shoved it down in there. I can still fit the drain plate over it but the mesh is strong enough that if I step directly on it, it will still hold up. It's also quite smooth and feels fine if it's making direct contact with skin. I don't worry about it rusting, wearing through and puncture holes are unlikely (at least, in my application). Water flows through it easily and it catches all the hair. A quick swipe with a tissue after a dog shower picks up all the hair it catches. This mesh was actually a bit stronger than I anticipated but I was pleasantly surprised. I don't have tin snips so I used a pair of kitchen shears to cut it. It took a bit of hand strength but it worked. As others have said, beware the edges! You could probably fight off an attacker with this stuff (and win). I had to bend and shape the edges to get it to fit into my drain and needed pliers to do it. It's bendable by hand but folding or shaping it will require more than bare hands. Overall, very satisfied with this wire mesh.

The mesh was the exact measurements listed (11.75x23.5) so I knew exactly how much to order. Used it as part of a screening system for a driveway drain. Has held up very well over several storms, any debris gets taken off with a broom. No signs of wear at this time either. Very pleased.

Im not sure the price was worth the quality. It was easy to bend & to staple and cut through which was great ! The metal is indeed very thin so unfortunately for me it was no match for my pitbull haha sigh. help.

I am trying to seal out mice and bugs from furnace exhaust pipes and condensation drain pipes that lead outside of my house. Amazon is excellent with availability, quick delivery and competitive pricing. This screen is woven so it will not fray. I'm going to cut the circles to fit, and shove them up in the pipe. The screen is stiff enough to do the job right.

Received 18 mesh but product description reads 20 mesh. Received a piece measuring 23.50" x 11.75" but product description reads 24" x 12". It'll work for what I'm using it for and is sturdy. Arrived earlier than expected so that was a plus.

We did some work along our soffit in order to add exterior house shades. This product was used to create a similar vent to those existing in other areas of our soffiting. It was cut to size with tin snips and stapled to a wood frame. Worked well and should keep the bugs out.

A nice screen. But be forewarned it is also sharp at the edges. Also, you need a very good pair of wire cutters, that cut stainless steel. This will keep rodents out.
