Essential oils don't work for me.

I use this every night and I love it! The smell is so therapeutic, I immediately feel more relaxed and have the feeling of "snuggling in" for the night. I've got my husband using it and my friends. If I wake up during the night I reapply and fall right back asleep. I highly recommend this to anyone; even those who have no problems sleeping (like me).
