Broke pretty easily
I installed these, and it took some getting used too. The magnet needs to be placed perfectly to open so I put a dot to help. If you drop the magnet, they fall apart pretty easy. We had to stuff some paper inside the magnet to keep it from shaking around and not working.Durability- we have had them for about a month and two cabinets out of the four are already broken off.Good idea, but kids can easily open.

Easy to install. Works perfectly!10/29/16 UpdateAdhesive holds very well except when it needs to be reset. The adhesive easily peels from its edge therefore not allowing the plastic to adhere to the wood. Repeated attempts to open a drawer by our 10 month old caused the lock to fail which required a new one to be set. The spot where the old adhesive and its residue prevented proper placement ( wasted 4 pieces).

These safety locks were very easy to install
These safety locks were very easy to install. There's little to no space between the door and the cabinet when installed correctly. They cause no damage like the ones you screw into the cabinets. And they don't brake! You can lock the catch down so when you are working in the kitchen you don't have to unlock them every single time.

Great product.
This is such a life saver and it is a very smart idea. The magnets are pretty strong o didnt think it would wok through our thick cabinet doors and they do wonderfully. We store the keys on our fridge and sink . its a great product.

Don't stick, don't bother.
Tape didn't work worth crap. Our babysitter's 1.5 year old walked in and just pulled the cabinet open like it wasn't even there. We did follow all instructions during installation. Also don't have the on/off lock that the Safety First ones do.

Not easy to install, not reliable
I needed something quick and easy to install and for whatever reason, these did not do the trick. We managed to get one installed properly and, after 2 weeks, it popped off. I think I'm going back to the old fashioned kind.

Poor product design.
The product did not work for us. The magnet isn't strong enough to make the lock in-lock. So once it's locked, it's stuck. Also the lip that's supposed to catch the lock is too small. Overall, the product didn't work for us at all.

Safety First
These magnets are definitely the BEST my twins are the type that will sit there are figure it out . they gave up the first day. Thank you so much I will be ordering more for the grandparents houses .
