Great product
- Voice commands: It recognizes commands said in any way even in languages I didn't expect it to recognize. The results are immediately returned.- Sound quality: Excellent sound, very well balanced lows, mids and highs. The sound output feels surprisingly similar both next to the speaker as well as in other rooms.Overall, at Rs. 1499, I feel it's a great value for money.

Received Refurbished product, disappointed with Amazon
The media could not be loaded. I purchased Alexa 3rd generation last year on 29 May assuming fresh product, now when I am getting issue with product, just checked my product details and observed that I have received refurbished product. It's really very disappointing that Amazon is selling such products, I never checked these details before ordering anything but now I am victim of such fake product.
