I put together the chair a week ago. The heat doesn't really work. You can feel it but not enough for it to actually do anything. The massage worked great for the first few days. I would use it for an hour a day. Before even the second week it wouldn't work. You have to hold the power button in for it to work. I have only had this chair for less than 3 weeks and it does none of the extra features. Its a decent chair. I can't even return it because there is no return policy. Skip unless you just want a regular chair.

Chair arrived today, set it up, plugged it in using the incredibly short electric chord supplied and nothing .... not even a light on the remote turns on. Chair isn't comfortable even as a non-massage/heated chair. Cannot provide a worse recommendations. Avoid at all costs!

Chair failed after having for 48 hours, the massage portion did not work on the seat but could work on the rest of the seat. You could unplug a cord and then get massage to work on seat but nothing else. Seems the chair was having same mechanical issues as others experienced and I should had read the reviews as it looks like wide spread issues with this chair.

I like it and get great compliments on it. I had it delivered to work and I put together in my office space. Pretty straight forward instructions. The only thing about chair, it does not recline. I should have looked into that a little better. Other than that, I do like the chair.

I like the comfort of the chair were I can lean back and get a massage in between my course studies but I wish they had a remote holster like a slot to put the remote in that's all

After having this chair for about a year, the gas cylinder leaks. I have to continually tighten the screws on the chair because it feels like its going to fall apart. Not comfortable either. Then little massage deals on the seat hurt after a short time. I initially gave the chair a good review, but after having it a while I am pretty disappointed.

did not have my chair long at all when arms on the thing started to burst off. thought the railing was metal but found out it was just hard plastic. this was a waist of my money. would not reckemend anyone to buy this unit. you just may end up on the floor.

the controller stopped working after two weeks poor quality parts one of the roller wheels broke good grief Amazon needs to discontinue this product
