Nalgene Tritan Wide Mouth BPA-Free Water Bottle, Green, 32 oz

So, I am not carrying this bottle around everywhere with me. I work from home. I don't mind tap water, but I also like really cold water but am not a fan of ice cubes. We have a nice but older LG refrigerator that we have to change the water filter on every few months regardless of use, so I tend to try to use that instead of the tap. The only problem is you can't easily fill anything larger than a pint glass easily from the dispenser and the water flow is really, really slow. So I got this bottle knowing I only had to fill it twice a day and I keep it in the fridge so I have instant cold, filtered water. Plus it is nice knowing it is American made and built for constant travel and use, so it is easy to grab if I'm going on a hike or just running some errands and want to have an insurance drink with me.While I don't plan to put the bottle through the paces, I have a very active friend who referred this bottle to me and it never leaves their side, so I can vouch for the ruggedness of it as well.For the price, size, durability, being American made, being BPA free, and having helpful measurement amounts printed on the bottle, you really can't go wrong

Llevo varios años utilizando una botella de acero para reducir mi consumo de plástico y había oído hablar de esta marca, así que vi la botella de 1 litro en color verde lima por 8 euros y no me lo pensé 2 veces.Yo la utilizo para hacerme los batidos de proteínas, le meto dentro una bola de esas de alambre de acero y se agitan perfectamente sin dejar grumos. Es infinitamente mejor que cualquier shaker que puedas encontrar, estas botellas no absorben nada de olor ni de sabor, y eso cuando hablamos de botellas de plástico es muy importante. Además al tener la boca ancha se limpia muy bien con un cepillo para biberones.A destacar también la resistencia del material, es un plástico dificilmente deformable que además no se me ha rayado y eso que en el interior golpea la bola de alambre. Además es ligera y tiene unas dimensiones que son las que se usan en los pouches de mochilas con sistema MOLLE.Respecto al embalaje que comentan otros usuarios: la mía vino completamente recubierta por un film transparente, tapón incluido. Nalgene est une marque bien connue des laboratoires d'analyse pour fournir des contenant stables dans le temps.Avec cette gourde, j'ai en plus trouvé un compagnon fiable puisque quasiment indestructible. Pas de goût dans l'eau, même si je la laisse dans la voiture. Bonne capacité et il faut bien ça dans mon pays, car quand il fait chaud........ Reste à tester la durée de vie du bouchon. Wait ans see sur ce point donc.

Great water bottle! The wide mouth makes it easy to fill and drink from. The cap is spill proof and idiot proof - I'm awful at getting water bottle caps on all the way, but this one is simple and effortless. It refuses to screw on crooked, so you won't accidentally spill. The loop that holds the cap onto the bottle is a good way to hold it (I have small hands which don't fit around the bottle very well) and feels sturdy. I am positive that if Napoleon Dynamite's brother tried to run this sucker over, it wouldn't break. It doesn't smell or give off any funny tastes. Good price for an excellent quality water bottle that will last a very long time.
