I read a lot of reviews of different kinetic sand products before I choose this one. Highly recommend this toy for a 4 year old. After modeling how to use the toy by playing together, they now play completely independently with this toy & love it!The sand is high quality; works very well in the molds & stays together. Stays fresh in the bag without odors or dyes plus, you get a ton of sand so I don’t worry about losing some that of course, happens with play. I settled on this product because of the non dyed sand & great reviews from others. Very happy with my purchase.The only reason I gave it 4 stars for durability is because the plastic frying pan could be a little stronger, but it’s totally fine and I expected it to be on the cheaper side because of the product price. All of the plastic pieces work very well with the sand, super fun and can be used for other types of play. They are cute with their little tops and utensils. The sand works so well molded that you can actually flip it like the “waffle” in the frying pan.

Very impressed by this! The sand is much finer & softer vs the common name brand. Lots of fun little toys that can be used with any kind of sand really, little tools that are great for a multitude of other kiddo crafts & overall, a nice product & a happy 4 year old!

It’s a great gift or just toy in general. The texture of the sand is perfect, hard yet soft and easy to mold. She loves to make ice cream cones and cut cakes for me. She understands that the sand stays ONLY inside the plastic barrier. The sand sticks together easily for a quick clean upon hard wood surfaces, not so much on carpets… 😅 but still easy to vacuum. There are a lot of little pieces and most of them are scattered all over the house cause she uses them in her other play sets but we keep the most important ones close by. Word of caution ⚠️ our blow up sand barrier actually came with a hole in it. Not a big deal, we just used a Gorilla glue to fix it real quick and it was a easy fix.

All my grand kids love this toy and so do the adults playing with them! The sand is soothing and makes intricate forms using the molds. The sand easily comes out of the molds. Ice cream cones are a favorite.

K, so for starters, my son loves it. It has sooo many pieces to it and the sand doesn't suck to play with. It does suck to clean up, but I feel like all kinetic sand sucks to clean up. The tray is a lifesaver though. It's nice to at least keep MOST of the sand in one place.

Lots of fun pots, pans. Ice cream cones & tools. 3 year old grand daughter loved it.

Comes with plenty of pieces to play with. My 2 year old loves playing with it. Decent quality, no complains & worth the money.

The molds and toys are great that come with it but the sand sticks to your hands, barley clumps and does not drizzle at all. It’s not very pleasant to touch and it’s very crumbly. The blow up tray and other toys are great though!
