As an extremely powerful man, I can throw this ball about 3 miles. I am, of course, made of heartier things than you are. A normal man such as yourself can throw this ball a few feet. That is nothing to be ashamed of. You are still sufficient, I'm just an exceptional specimen. Also of note: I have arms. If you don't have arms, you may not be able to throw this ball at all, unless you were to rig some sort of foot-operated device, or use a robot assistant. I suppose you could also bite the ball and then spit it really far? I'm not sure about your arm situation, or your legs, robot status, or oral hygiene. Hope this helps.
