Book Was Not Written for U.S.

Nowhere in the Amazon description does it tell you that this book is not for an American audience. At the bottom of the book cover, it says, "For sale in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangledesh, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan only. You cannot read that from the picture of the cover (the print is too small). You also can't "Look Inside". I waited five weeks to receive my copy, and now it has to go back.
