Kyklopas Early Harvest Extra Virgin Greek Olive Oil Cold Pressed ,Glass Bottle, 500 ml

I heard this brand from a friend and wanted to give it a try, being a picky person on olive oils, I had already 2 different oils at home, one is the organic greek oil I get from zero-waste food shop, the other is Chateau Leoube I get from Dayles Ford and Kyklopas I just received. On the photo I put the comparison and the strongest colour on the bottom left belongs to Kyklopas as well as the strongest taste. I can say this was worth every penny bringing real mediterranean taste to my table.

Product best before date is 30/9/23; ie in 2 weeks time form purchase date. Product should not be sold without a warning of being short dated. The taste is bland. It tastes similar to cheap vegetable oil. Lack of taste is maybe due to being so close to best before date but I'm not convinced it ever had much flavour. Will use for cooking but would have been better with Aldi EVO as usual for cooking. Certainly no use for a dressing or drizzling over food.

This olive oil is one of the best we ever had. We tried a lot for years but couldn't find such excellent olive oil until we found Kyklopas. You can easily use it with salads and for dressing because it has a very smooth and fresh taste. We will continue using Kyklopas more broadly from now on, it is very good for our health. On top of everything I need to underline that its bottle has a very easy to use design and flow control, not even one drop spills over while using it.

I have tried this olive oil during summer holiday in EU 2 years ago and really liked a light taste and fresh grassy smelling. Happy to see this brand at Amazon. It is perfect smooth flavour and natural aroma. I definitely recommend this olive oil with some dried mint over it and Greek feta cheese gives the great taste.
