About 108 teaspoons of powder in the 6oz value pack. There are three freeze dried packets about with 3/4 of a cup of product in each. I was very satisfied with the amount of product provided in the value pack

the powder has a vacuum sealed inner pouch which keeps the product fresh and protects it from moisture and air, so while the sticky goo is certainly an inconvenience, it won't have any ability to impact the product.

Each teaspoon is approximately 1 gram, so the 2oz bag is equal to 57 grams which means there are approximately 57 servings in the bag. The 6oz bag has about 170. Also helpful to know, if you use canned pumpkin puree, each 1 gram freeze dried serving is equal to 10 grams of canned pumpkin puree.
