Greatest timesaving tool ever!
My house is mostly hardwoods, and I was looking for a product that allowed for me to save time. I always felt like sweeping then mopping and the extra dry time/water on the floor wasn't good and reducing longevity of my floors. I also only use green products so stiffer, etc products are out for me. This little vacuum/mop combo is small but allows for me to complete floor cleaning in a third of the time. As I wasn't familiar with this company, I didn't want to spend the extra money on the brand new top of the line version, but this little vacuum does a great job. It has a narrow head, self propels, and the battery charge lasts long enough to vacuum about 600 sq feet slowly. It doesn't remove all the water but dries within minutes and is demonstrably less water and drier than mopping ever has been. It does not clean edges or corners well, but the website already speaks to that, and I wasn't mislead at all. The device cleans super easily and leaves the floors looking clean, dirt and dust free. It will not scrub old dried spots, but it will get new stuff in a jiff. It makes me wonder what the top of the line product does, and I would love to try that one at one day. For the money and time saving efforts, I am extremely impressed and recommend to any one.

Ok, this is not hyped enough!
Im not sure why this mop-vac is not more hyped. All you hear about and see is the cross wave. I too fell for the hype and own a crosswave because of it. We started looking into another mop vac because after less than a year with the Bissell, we noticed the suction on it just was not the same. It left puddles in some areas. I was so excited to receive this I set it up right away! After letting is charge for four hours and reading through the manual I put it to use. First impression: east setup, looks nice and modern, and feels sturdy and of good quality. I was skeptical about the smooth brush as the crosswave brush has hard bristles. I was surprised to learn that you only have to use a capful of the cleaning solution, that’s a very small amount compared to the amount you have to use I the crosswave. When I turned it on, I was first surprised to see that I didn’t have to push a button for the water to come out, it’s automatic. It does not use a lot of water yet does an amazing job at cleaning even stuck on messes, which my crosswave had a hard time doing. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. The cleaning out of the tank and brush area was also better in that a cleaning tool is provided and the design of these areas that catch dirt don’t have all the nooks and cranny’s that the crosswave has which are very hard to clean out. Definitely much easier to clean and even the self cleaning is better! The brush had no hairs stuck to it either. If anything some up in the future, I will update my review. But I hope I can enjoy this machine for many years to come.

Why didn’t I buy this sooner?
I am one of those people who likes to vacuum and have clean floors. But mopping wasn’t my favorite chore. I’ll admit I mopped a lot less than I vacuum. Not no more. This machine does it all. And it is so easy. The first time using it, I thought it can’t be this easy. But it sure was. I am a Dyson girl and have been for 10 + years. This doesn’t have the suction power of a Dyson, nor does it claim too. But it gets the job done. I now deep vacuum once a week or so and use the Tineco a few times a week. The other con I would say is it doesn’t get that close to the edges, but who really looks there anyways :). Charge time is about 20 min on the lower setting and I have about 1000 square feet of LVP on the first floor of my home and it does that without needing a charge or adding water. I love that it uses very little water and floors are almost immediately dry. Another con would be cleaning out all the dirt from your floors. But I will tell you, if you use this regularly, the dirt is less and less. The dirty tanks comes all apart and has a cleaning brush to get it all clean. This for sure will be a product I will recommend to everyone. Overall a 5 star product for me. The pros far out way the cons!

Worked Great Until it Didn't
This machine stopped working about a year and a half after we bought it. While it worked it worked very well. It was much quieter than other vaccums and was super effective at cleaning hard floors. The battery lasted long enough to clean our entire home (about 1300 square feet). I would buy another but don't want another one to break again as it is an expensive purchase for us and I also don't want to create more waste.

Great product
I've already used this several times and it does a great job on our porcelain tile. It seems like it cleans really really well and is fairly easy to clean prior to storing. Always be sure to dry the roller before storing. The only thing that I would recommend to be changed would be to change upgrade the head of the machine so it will be able to clean much closer to baseboards. The way it is currently built, the closest it will allow you to clean from both the side and front is a little more than 1 inch from the baseboards. Most dust and debris seems to always collect at the floor at the baseboards.
