I actually found my Pavoni Europiccola in the trash. It was in need of some gaskets a descaling, but whoever discarded it must not have known what it was. I never imagined that I could own something so fine, but here I am. It had a small portafilter, which was fine for a while, but if I wanted a second cup there was some cleanup involved, so I upgraded to the lager basket. I have not had any trouble with the filter, it's fine. It's durable, pulls a good shot, cleans easy. I'm sure it will last me the rest of my life.
