I know fermented foods and juices are very good for your health. I drink a small amount every evening. And this brand is delicious. It is not sour at all. I have to restrain myself not to drink a whole glass at one time, it taste so good. Did you know it is a nature way to keep yourself parasite free? It keeps your gut balanced, too.

I bought this only because I read someone felt more energy from drinking sauerkraut juice. Well, I can attest to the fact that I feel better and have more energy than I've had in months, if not years. I don't really remember when I felt this good. I'm not even sure what in it has helped, but it's wonderful and a miracle for me!

I felt the positive effects the first day... unfortunately I wasn’t able to open the 2nd jar and it ended falling all over my floor. These lids are way too tight, I rather find a store brought version instead of struggling each time.

It’s a pasteurized product and a bit watered down.

There is nothing I dislike about this product. It is superior to everything I can find in local stores.
