I had and used this body warmer for the last couple of weeks. I didn't want to put a review on until I tested the product. And I have to say, it's fantastic. The back and neck pads are perfect for when you're around town or at the beach (like I was on the 8th october). It kept me warm through the evening whilst watching the fireworks. The 2 buttons are 1 for the back and 1 for the front. You press the button for approx 3-5 seconds to turn on or off. When on, you get a red light for hot, green light for medium and blue light for cool. I charge the battery up in the evenings for a few hours. The battery doesn't last long if constantly on but I turn mine on and off and it lasts me 2 days (I've tested this). The charging point has a zip to protect it which is accessed through the front pocket. So it's in its own little pouch. Both pockets have zips which is a bonus. I would fully recommend this product. You won't be disappointed.

Great warm jacket

I love this jacket/gilet, aBirthday present to myself - it’s great for my Ministry in Church and anywhere/ else. Im mature, 5’4” weigh 150lbs, my usual buy is 14/16 M. I bought a large in this jacket to accommodate my many clothing layers at this time of year.The jacket is easy to charge- I charged mine for about 4hrs, after, plugged it into the battery pack - when I finally found the secret pocket in myjacket- pressed the top starter button and in about 5/10 mins I was toasty.I would recommend the collared jackets as the heat around your neck is quite lovely and seems to warm the rest of the front of you. Because of this, I’ve only used the back and neck. These jackets are ‘good warm’ not red hot and I don’t think they are meant to be. They are light and also warm on their own - made by 3M Thinsulate insulation.

Dislike the light on the front

A great piece of kit for working in during the cold weather , I'm 6ft4 and 13 stone .. item is a little bit pinchy under the arms and comes down to just above my hipsI wear it ontop of a hoodie and fits fine ... At around 0 degrees out on site it does keep me warm on full power but the battery that comes with it will only last around 3 hrs on full power and about 4 hrs on the lower powerI think for the price it's great value though

The only problem with it is I can only have it on high which means the battery doesn’t last that long

I've had this for about 6 months now, and it's one of my go-to staples for working in a cold-ish office and popping outside when it's a bit chilly. I have spent A LOT of hours wearing this jacket, and continue to be very happy with it. It's often just warm enough on its own, but you can upgrade the amount of heat pretty steadily by switching through the modes for the front and back.The top level of heat is enough to keep me warm when it's quite cold (especially if I put a fleece over top to hold the heat in. I find you need almost no heat if you are sitting (somehow you feel it a lot more then), but often have it cranked up a bit higher if I'm standing (maybe the heating elements hang a bit further away from my body that way, who knows)It still looks good, having held up very well to all that wear, and it still works well... until, suddenly, it didn't.The electronics developed a fault and it stopped turning on. Maybe a contact came loose inside or something. I contacted the seller, and they are sending a new one. Problem solved, and I would happily buy this again, as it's very much a good investment. Definitely recommended.

Well it does the job. Battery is really good. Used it yesterday vest and battery, obviously and it was good for about 5 hours on full heat. The fleece lining is absolutely great. My last one didn’t have that. But this one is fine. I paid just over £60 in the sales. It’s worth that. If you work outdoors. You’ll need to have a replacement battery. But I’d buy another one of the same brand.
