Charges great, but...
I am trying to charge some small peripherals and the bank keeps shutting down. I can only keep it on while charging a cell phone, otherwise I have to push the on/off button every so often to turn it on again. I am still unsure if the bank charges OK while using the USB, it seems to stop. When I tested a 12v lights strip after the third quick on/off test the bank fully depleted from two lights to blinking light in less than five minutes; it now seems to be running the lights normal losing one light for nearly a night of half strip on. The lights indicator is not very clear either, the third light seems to last much less than the second light, eternal in comparison to the first light. Also, the bank lasts very little driving a laptop from 20 V in comparison to other banks, I would expect eight sessions charging the laptop battery while in use, but it gives me more like four and a partial session instead. OTOH, from some plugs it charges very quickly, going from blinking light to two lights on on turn on plugged in, and as long as I only charge this phone I can go ahead nearly a whole month with only a few some half hour sessions of plug recharging in the while.*It is extremely cold weather, well below -20°C, the bank is protected from wind among stuff but gadgets are dead cold and the bank does not charge them reliably. With new USB cables, I could not make the 2.1V outlets work at all again, while the 1V outlets have trouble charging smartwatch, warmer, lighter and phone, in combinations, reliably, pushing the on/off button or not, even when the bank itself is warm after fully charging it, or the warmer is warm after using it. Some times charges two gadgets, some times I have to cycle till a gadget starts charging then try another one for luck. I noticed all on lights are now blinking together from time to time with either one or more gadgets connected. I am not using the 12/20V lines but the plug is protected with a plastic insultor. I would think an EMF pulse or a flash signal frequency is interfering but cannot test that! Next I plan to attach some optic fiber to the charge indicators to keep the indicator lights in sight since the bank itself is sunken among things and I want only the cables exposed, so I can monitor the bank state. Not sure what good it is to have 50000 mAh available if I can only charge one small item at a time and I do want the bank to provide constant power to some gadgets.*The 2.1 V output ports are dead, nothing charges from them anymore. I may still try a USB hub but want to wait for Spring to test it all again. No temperature ratings specified for this item.*Again it is unreactive. It is fully charged and plugged but does not want to pump power, neither plugged in nor unplugged. Usually the phone turns it on but nothing. It started failing after reaching two leds on. The 2.1 ports were working again spontaneously but nothing now. Very much dissapointing, the bank has has few cycled overall. This behaviour mistifies me, I truly think the controller can be flashed and disabled by radio. Plenty of cyberterrorists wannabees around here but I cannot verify it or deny it.

Good External Battery But Heavy.
Just used this battery once with my Dell laptop that runs short of internal battery power too quickly. It extended my usage time greatly. This battery comes with assorted laptop power adaptor plugs which work with the universal power cord. When I plugged in this external battery it showed up on the laptop's power indicator in the lower right corner as "plugged in." It has 12V and 20V DC outputs (I used the 20V for my Dell) and USB outputs. There are white LED lights which show the battery's remaining power as well as when it is fully charged (four lights show lit up).The unit is heavy so with a full-sized laptop included in your bag as well as other associated items expect all of it to be noticeably burdensome but not overly so. I have several laptops that run out of power way too soon and this battery should keep me working when I'm on the road. Good so far.

Awesome Charger for Laptop
First off, I love this device, and I will tell you why! I am currently in nursing school, and classes run from 8-3 or 4 a few days a week. We have a class of 150, and there is a limited amount of plugs for students to use. My HP laptop would die after a couple hours, and I would have to start taking notes by hand... This charger is amazing. I can now keep my laptop charged all day, as well as my phone and some of my classmates. I have never ran out of power during the day with the charger, but I do charge it nightly. If I am only charging my phone, it can keep charging it for almost a week off of one charge. And so far, I have charged a HP laptop, Toshiba, ASUS, various netbooks, Acer, and samsung tablets, and various phones.Pros:Fast charging timeMultiple adapters for multiple devices4 USB ports and DC PortsAutomatically shuts off when nothing attachedCons:Weight - It's a bit heaver than I thought, though I would still buy it again without a second thought

like 10 dots instead of 4
This thing is incredible. Only complaint is I wish the led indicators could give more accuracy, like 10 dots instead of 4, since when you're on 1 dot it could be anywhere from a few phone charges to depleted. Also it would be nice if the included bag would zip open on the short side to allow for instant access instead of needing to remove it from the bag to use. Love the build quality and capacity of this thing, and the 20V output works perfect for a niche use case I needed in order to power a projector from my bike. Will probably get another one of these.

Wonderful, need more adapters!
This portable charger is great for a variety of laptops as well as cell phones. The only thing I would recommend is that you purchase additional adapter plugs for your specific laptop. They tend to break rather easily and when they are broken you are screwed.

Don't hesitate to buy! Worth the money!
This is a great product. It usually takes 6hrs to fully charge and this thing lasts well over a week with everyday use. I even charge people's power banks on this and it still lasts over a week!
