A very nice product. Works for a few months and then you need to replace them - the gel beads do have a lifespan. Keep 'em wet and in the fridge for extra cooling. They don't leave your clothes or neck wet, but just give a nice gentle cooling...no neck aches.

Could use much more. Cooling beads. The few also shift away.

The stitching on 1 side came out after wearing it a couple times & so the freezing & tying of it became a little difficult

We live in the desert. Had family visiting from Europe and we all used them everywhere we went. Amazing such a small scrap of fabric, along withe the beads, makes you feel cooler. We primarily used them around our necks.

Bought two of these for my daughter for softball they both busted the first time she used them with the gel stuff coming out of the seams

I was actually excited to get this in and to have my daughter use at her softball game this coming weekend . But I must say that I am not impressed with the product . I have circled the area in which the “cooler part “is contained and it’s probably only about 6 inches if that in length . I guess I was under the impression that the whole scarf was a frozen pack . However ,it is really only designed for the back of your neck and to keep only that area cool .maybe I should have read the description better . I understand that it was only seven dollars but had I known that the frozen part wasn’t as long as expected I probably would have ordered a better more expensive one.

At first, I was very happy with this product. But then, after a couple of weeks of wearing it and following the instructions on how to use it (put in water, etc.) I noticed that the inner content was leaking out from some of the seams. Those gel-like globules absorb a lot of water! They leaked in my sink and I had a lot of trouble cleaning them. So, a note to the manufacturer: make sure you sew the seams extra tight!

Doesn't stay cool, just wet. Made my neck rash. Decent product, just not for me.
