Q: How much liquid do these things hold?

If you get the ultimate pad it seems to hold about a cup without leaking. Do not purchase the over night. They are more expensive and don't work as well.

No, these pads do not have "wings". They have a really good adhesive which holds them in place. I use them all the time, and never have a problem.

Q: Is Poise simply not selling the #3 long length with wings? I can't find them anywhere.

They have discontinued them. Don't bother trying the One Poise in the same size..

Q: How can you tell the length of the pad if you do not put it on package?
