Was late by 6 days but must say worth the wait

very comfortable to grip in hand. It feels a little thicker than normal picks and also is entirely rigid. but if you are used to heavy gauge picks, these will play similarly.It produces a warm tone when picking single notes and a metallic sound when strumming, which I like.

Feels and sounds great on electric bass and mandolin. It is thick and has no flexibility, but comes down to a fine taper. About the same size as a standard guitar pick.

Looks great and plays fast and clean...

When I first saw them in the plastic package, I thought, “wow! These look great”, and they do. They are very well made have a good polish job, the tapers are done correctly and they look fantastic. That’s where the good part ends. In hand they are like holding a brick. They are very thick and there is no flex to these picks at all. You are not picking the strings with this pick, you are clubbing them into submission. This pick makes my guitars sound muffled, almost like the way a Tortex pick sounds. There is a lot, in fact a whole lot, of string noise, a scratching sound as the pick slides off of the string. I found that quite annoying.

These are great for crosspicking bluegrass. You have to know what you are doing. If you want to strum chords try something else in my opinion. But for crosspicking, these define your sound in a special way. You need to be very precise and have control.
