Some Patience Required
This provides a tough forearm and shoulder workout with similar fatigue factor as when using the gyro for wrist and hand. It takes some practice to get it going and keep it moving as the shoulder tightens up. One word of warning, make sure the you tighten the handle regularly. It can fly apart if you let it loosen.Step 1: Remove the elastic band from around the gyro.Step 2: Slide the handle over the middle of the gyro. There is a groove it will fit into.Step 3: Tighten the handle. You don't have to overdo it but it should be snug.Step 4: Start the gyro as you would normally with your hand motion. Get it up to a good speed.Step 5: Transfer to your dominate hand to start with gyro facing down and the handle therefore up.Step 6: Try a stirring motion as if stirring thick dough in a bowl. A tight grip can help but don't try to stir too fast to begin with.Step 7: After mastering the initial motion try your non-dominate hand and then other grips.Fatigue and set in fast and you'll lose the motion but that's the point.... to keep practicing... this really fatigues my shoulder and forearm...

Works well, handle is a bit soft
Great little device, add's more to your existing Gyro's as it says. The padding on the handle is a little soft though, I mention that cause when you're resisting 35+ lbs of force you have to hold it quite tight, and it seems to go pretty flat after a little while. Maybe put something like a golf club handle etc. similar to the Gyro with the handle built on to it so it can stand up to the pressure.Other than that it's a nifty little device and if you like the Gyro's it's definitely a handy thing to add to your repertoire.

Waste of money
Doesn't even remotely do what it says. Makes it difficult to control the ball. Waste of money, in my opinion.
