Great for iPad 2 also!
I bought this for my wife's iPad 2. We have the smartcover but wanted something to protect it when traveling or even just lying around the house. It's easy to put on and take off and is pretty nice quality for the low price. Because of the sock-like material, it fits the iPad 2 just as nicely as the original iPad. It's great if you don't want a big bulky case permanently attached to the device. We both like holding the iPad directly with nothing on it, so it works great.
